Hey everyone!

CGA has officially come to a close and I will be heading back to Oregon next week. My plans after CGA have changed drastically, keep reading to find out what I’m up to next.

CGA has drastically changed my life. I know for certain that I am a completely different person. Before CGA I thought I knew a heck of a lot more than I actually knew. I thought I had this whole leadership thing figured out. I thought I was ‘good enough’ and had ‘met the mark’ to be set for whatever life threw at me. During CGA I learned that I will never ‘meet the mark’ and I learned that I still have A LOT to learn. I learned how to use my voice, and with that I learned how to take ownership of the good, bad, and unsure parts of myself. I learned about true authentic identity. I made connections from my head to my heart and instead of simply knowing, I began to believe and implement God’s truth and His promise in my life. After CGA I will continue to walk next to the father and will continually dive into intimacy with Him and with my most authentic self.

I love when I make my own plans and Gods just like, oh honey.

As you all know, my plan for a very long time now has been to go to grad school for Family/Marriage counseling. However this was a plan that I constructed myself. I thought that since I am passionate about healing, helping others, and bringing people out of darkness, I thought it would only be wise to do something practical and make a career out of it. It turns out that God had other plans. I am passionate about leadership, mentorship, and discipleship. God has flipped my plans, and is calling me back to GA to be an Intern for the next CGA class starting in August. I will have the opportunity to be behind the scenes, constructing curriculum, teaching the class, and discipling the participants. I am still in shock but super excited to be following the Lord and His plan above my own.

I also want to thank everyone who continually reads my blogs and supports me. I am also happy to announce that I am fully funded for CGA, I couldn’t have done the worldrace or CGA without the support you all have given me!!

Thanks y’all!
